To democratize tech education by providing accessible, engaging, and rigorous coding programs that empower kids and teens to become confident creators of technology.
A world where every young person has the skills and confidence to shape technology for good, regardless of their background, location, or resources.
Enseigne was founded in 2023 by Josephine Siaw-Agyemang, an education innovator who saw one persistent gap: too many young people in Ghana were being taught to use technology, not to create with it.
"I realized most students weren't getting the chance to explore technology early enough," Josephine recalls. "They were curious, imaginative, and capable, but lacked the space to turn that curiosity into skills."
Driven by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can become, Josephine launched Enseigne, a learning platform where kids and teens build creativity, confidence, and real-world skills in coding, robotics, AI, and innovation.
Today, Enseigne works with schools and communities across Ghana, offering hands-on STEM and digital literacy programs that make learning fun, practical, and future-focused. Our students are not just learning about technology, they're learning to shape the future with it.
Every decision we make starts with: "Is this best for our students?" Their growth and success drive everything we do.
We teach what actually matters in the tech industry. Our curriculum evolves with the latest technologies and practices.
Tech is for everyone. We actively work to make our programs accessible to students of all backgrounds and abilities.
Our instructors are industry professionals who are passionate about education. They don't just teach, they mentor.
